My responsibilities include independently managing projects, resolving tickets, conducting training sessions for SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365 products. Additionally, I specialize in constructing SharePoint Intranets, developing tailored solutions, and leveraging Power Automate to streamline and automate business tasks.I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Edge Hill University, graduating with First-Class Honours in July 2022. Throughout my academic journey, I gained comprehensive knowledge across diverse facets of the industry, including Mathematical Models, Research & Development Methods, Intelligent Systems, Data Analytics, Databases, Security, Object-Oriented Programming, and Statistical Inference modules.
