Subsequently, I joined OpenText’s pioneering project team, gaining invaluable experience managing the entire lifecycle of change requests, from analysis to deployment. This experience propelled me into the dynamic environment of Wayfair, where I started as an Integration Specialist. Here, I built its integration monitoring system from scratch, ultimately rising to the position of Supply Chain Automation Lead, overseeing four teams to deliver operational savings of $1.5 million annually.What truly excites me is harnessing technology to tackle complex business challenges.
