Responsible for the successful implementation of the Workday solution for key accounts. Work with the Project Manager and Client to ensure that the system and business requirements are clearly defined, documented, communicated, implemented and tested.Duties:• Identify and analyze business needs and requirements.• Create and develop functional designs and specifications.• Analyze gaps and complete fit gap documentation.• Lead the Workday implementation process from start to finish.• Perform testing, deployment systems integration; including, testing, and executing the pilot/implementation/deployment of new or enhanced software.• Setting up and using project management processes/systems across work streams including planning of life cycle of the project, identifying key project activities and milestones, etc.• Consulting with clients on a variety of data integrity issues.• Conducting product fit analysis.• Engage with client project managers, defining client strategies and requirements, guiding clients through the implementation process, configuring the application according to customer requirements, developing system interface and data conversion plans.• Ensure delivery of high-quality services and products to clients.• Work with client to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframe.• Ensure client takes advantage of Workday system.

-Actively participate in the Front End Loading session for the projects to provide guidance around best practices and existing solutions that can be leveraged.-Review end to end design proposals from a technical feasibility, sustainability, scalability and integration perspectives.-Ensure compliance with documented standards and Best Practices.

The CAPA Work Stream Leader is the IT Operations single point of contact in their region. In this role they work closely with the businesses/functions in the region, the CAPA network and the IT services providers in order to provide IT services that meet the needs and conform to DuPont guidelines and standards.

Lead and manage all information Systems services and initiatives at site. Work closely with Site leadership to establish and maintain a common understanding of objectives, priorities and affordability. Consistent with Corporate and Strategic Business Unit (SBU) guidelines and directions; define and implement information technology solutions to meet objectives and priorities. Represent Site needs to SBU Information Systems Leadership Team -- represent SBU guidelines and direction to the Site. Responsible for site IT service delivery/operations plan and budget that meets unit objectives and affordability, and takes relevant advantage of advances in IT.
