As Executive Producer of the VICE Fashion & Luxury Group I oversee all video production across editorial and branded content for i-D, Garage magazine and AMUSE. Working to manage a team we produce a variety of short form, mid form and long form documentary content. I lead on the commissioning, production, development and post production of a diverse range.

• This role includes leading on all long form in house video production and working with the Executive Producer to ensure all i-D videos from the in house team are delivered within budget and to the highest standard. The.
• Creative lead on all long form projects including leading on marketing strategy, screenings and managing junior team both on and off set during productions.
• Line managing AP’s both on productions and in all working hours including leading on formal HR appraisal process.
• Motivate and support the junior team to create the i-D Video content.
• Oversee the management of the i-D video talent database.
• Have complete overview of the i-D development slate and regularly meet with the Global Exec to ensure maximising output and remain on budget.

• I was appointed to the role of video talent producer when i-D expanded to be part of the VICE media’s production workflow. It was an exciting opportunity to grow i-D videos and talent but also to envelop i-D into.
• Lead on all talent focused productions as both talent liaise and video producer.
• Produce i-D editorial videos to the highest standard by forming strong working relationships with researchers and AP’s to realise talent lead projects.
• Lead on taking i-D videos from talent fashion films to talent presented documentaries, which included me bringing in Charles Jeffrey, Adwoa Aboah, Grace Neutral and Blondey McCoy as i-D hosts.
• Grow the video channel using talent to widen reach and garner greater audience engagement.
• Work on branded productions ensuring best talent, production, values and techniques to the highest standard. Creatively this meant working with in house creative to client briefs and budgets.

• As the video Commissioning Editor is was my role to oversee the commissioning process of all i-D video content both editorially and branded. My role included working with the branded team to create video content with.
• Commission all i-D video content working with top talent and top directors.
• Work alongside the editorial team to create content that is right for i-D and will assist in overall global strategy.
• Ensure i-D is constantly growing as a global business and work with local international teams including a core production and development office in London and a network of international offices including North America.
• Ensure both i-D branded and editorial content are created and executed to the highest standard.
• Commission branded content to make i-D the top fashion video platform in the world for branded content.

When VICE acquisitioned i-D I was employed as the video AP. It was my job to ensure all i-D videos included i-D history and were on brand for the newly founded platform. During this time I gained skills in video editing, scripting, casting, development and research. I was talent and production lead on a number of productions due to my experience.
