I am fortunate to have nearly a decade of experience working within a variety of sports coaching settings - grassroots sports, community engagement and development and, high performance sports to name a few.Currently I work across the county of Hampshire in England for 360 Degree Sports Coaching as the company’s Schools Operations Manager. A role I love and find dynamic and rewarding. It is a role that encompasses many responsibilities, a few of which are highlighted below:* Quality AssuranceEnsuring all services the company provides in all schools are delivered with the highest standards possible.* MentorshipSupporting and helping the company’s apprentices throughout their programme, being their main point of contact in the company and helping them along their apprenticeship journey. In addition, I help and support sports coaches with their own development within the company.* Coaching and DeliveryI coach and deliver daily on the services the company provides across all the schools the company operates in.
