The business is focussed on the SME Sector in particular and specialises in the areas of:- Debt Sourcing - Debt Restructuring - Currency Risk Management Solutions - Asset & Debtor Finance - Business Planning & Strategy- Business Mentoring

New business generation through branch, direct and broker channels; Developing and launching mortgages strategies and policies; Lead proposition and product development team including for customers in difficulty.

Develop and lead out AIB's business lending plan in the SME and Agri sectors; Agree, implement and oversee sales performance in this sectors; Conceive and launch key customer support products including job creation fund, customer support/mentoring schemes, staff development programmes, etc.

Responsibility for 27 branches and over 300 staff; Full balance sheet and profit and loss responsibility; Key customer relationship management; All compliance and control locally;

North East

Responsibility for Balance Sheet Management / Sales & Service Management / Credit & Risk Management / People Management & Development within Business Area comprising 25 Retail Outlets & 300 Employees.

Counties - Louth/Cavan/Monaghan

Responsibility for 27 Retail Bank Branches & 300 Staff.Full Balance Sheet & P&L Responsibility. Management of Key Customer Relationships. Responsibility for all Compliance & Control locally.
