• The provision of Microsoft Lync and Exchange to an international customer base• Working in a dynamic and pro-active sales environment• Contract creation, administration and initial customer training• Assisting with software installation and preliminary user experience feedback• First point of contact for the customer throughout the sales process and beyond• Working with various internal departments on customer accounts • Providing monthly and quarterly reports to senior management• Developing an extensive knowledge of the UC product range• Designing and producing specific installation and training guides
