Updating rates accordingly & close outs. To roster staff in accordance to business demand.To put forward timesheets for payrollTo ensure Standards, Customer Care & Guest Satisfaction is maintained at all times.Organization of large group arrivals and final billing.Budgeting and costing for the front desk.Team meetings.Recruitment. Appraisals, disciplinary procedures & exit interviews.Standard operating proceduresAssisting Accounts with calling debtors and following up with payments and assisting closing accounts.Duty Management shifts are also part of the role, with responsibility for each department.Software used; Hotsoft
