In 2016 the security team have just been recommended by the NSAI for accreditation to EN ISO 9001 2015 in Compliance, Policy, Training, Planning, Quality Assurance and VCP Operations. The roll out continues across the Security organisation which employs over 1,000+ staff

Responsibility for Airport Police,Central Administration, Airport Control Centre, Car Parks, Landside, Maintenance, Fire Safety, Airside management, Contract Management. Extensive IR and change management experience. Responsible for all major event management planning and execution including Europa Cup Final, Irish EU Presidency, G8 summit and cordination with all major stakeholders. Business Continuity Manager daa.

Managed Passenger Operations at Dublin Airport when passenger numbers exceeded 23.4 million passengers. This required innovative thinking and precise operational execution in a single terminal operation. Member of the Dublin Airport steering committee during the construction of T2. Chaired the Landside Project Board with specific responsibility to define the requirements and ensure smooth delivery of same within defined budgets.This included the operational sign off on the overall Landside construction programme. This was achieved while maintaining a smooth and efficient operation in Terminal 1.Worked as part of the executive team on the construction of a new operational model for Terminal 2. This included direct involvement in the overall recruitment and selection programme. Worked collaboratively with HR as the Operational lead on a challenging change management programme from 2008 onwards.More recently 2010-14 was appointed Campus Manager with additional responsibilities around strategic project work. This included planning and delivery around the UEFA tournament, EU Presidency and G8 summit In this period I also acted as the interim Airside Manager. Currently working on a number of key projects in the security area alongside current Campus responsibilities.

Westbury Hotel

Management responsibility for rooms revenue in Jurys Hotel& Towers. Responsibility to drive room sales, and to ensure efficient costs in both maintenance and housekeeping areas..Tour Manager for Jurys Irish cabaret in America.Moved to the Westbury Hotel as Deputy General Manager. Responsibility for achievement of all budget and sales targets. In my position I also had overall responsibility for all staff training requirements. Project Managed a major refurbishment programme while continuing to meet all financial targets.Worked on behalf of the Department Of Foreign Affairs to manage the start up of Farmleigh for state visits.Managed all trials and subsequent visit of a Chinese state visit residing in Farmleigh. It included all staff recruitment and training. In addition ensured coordination and Management of all OPW and Dept of Foreign Affairs requirements. Acted as the single point of contact for all security requirements.

Phoenix Park, Dublin

GM Operations for the opening of Farmleigh House for the first state visit of the Chinese PM and fellow government ministers and diplomats that occurred in 2001.This Management service was provide by the then Jury’s/Doyle hotel group to the Department of Foreign Affairs and the OPW on a consultancy basis. The service was to provide support and develop a framework for all future state visits to Farmleigh House&Estate
