CurrentFlooded Cellar Productions is an international communications company supplying news, feature stories and communication material to global broadcasters, corporate clients and international organisations. Since 2002, we have worked in some of the most remote and challenging parts of the world. Our work has taken us to Africa, the Middle East, Central and South East Asia, the Pacific and Europe. In recent years, we have also played an advisory role on communication strategy development for some of the most prominent agencies working in the fields of international development and poverty alleviation.Consultancies for international organisations, social enterprises and individuals working in and for the Global South have included media campaigns, public awareness and funding drives, advocacy and communications training, TV broadcast production training and broadcast production for global broadcasters including BBC, CNN, DW-TV, Al-Jazeera among many others.Our long form documentaries have concentrated on human rights issues with strong current-affairs themes: such as the role Sharia Law plays in emerging democracies with Amina Lawal - In the Name of God, shot in Nigeria: the importance of education in the vacuum left by the Taliban is the subject of An Afghan Future: and the struggle of the Hadzabe tribe in East Africa for their land rights is the theme of Hadza Voices.Between 2010 and 2012 we covered developments in seven African countries for the European Union's €1 billion Food Facility (EUFF) which aimed to boost agricultural production and facilitate access to food in 50 countries in the Global South most affected by volatile prices.Since 2013 we have produced broadcast material and communication products in Africa, Europe, Asia, the Pacific Islands and Central America for the the Codex Alimentarius Commission, a UN partnership hosted by FAO and WHO.See : https://www.youtube.com/user/FloodedCellar
