Started working on my own app which i have been developing on the side for a year. This app will work for Both Android & IOS Release date August 2020.

• Management of the helpdesk which includes: Assigning roles to technicians, Creating SLA’s and reports for stats. Installing helpdesk on new server, upgrading the helpdesk to the latest version.• Programming languages used: C#, .Net (Framework), VB, JavaScript, SQL (Database Management Language).• While working at ALH / G Adventures I have programmed many reports on SSRS both creating from scratch and amending existing reports (SQL).• I support/developed code for: multiple programs windows and web based.• Good problem solving skills.• Creating Databases, tables, views, stored procedures on servers.• Teaching users how to use software, submit forms for software changes as well as recommending changes to the software to help streamline their workload.• Amending pre-existing code to be more efficient.• Testing code changes to the .Net Framework before release.

The languages used were; C# (Visual studios), Powerscript (PowerBuilder classic 12.5) MySQL/SQL (Oracle and Microsoft based programs).● While using Visual studios and PowerBuilder had to create windows applications that could add, edit, delete and filter data from a database while making sure all code was flexible and efficient.● Also while at Haas IM when using MySQL/SQL I had to input data, remove redundant data as well as creating database tables. ● Courses included; C# (Programming Language), software design, software testing, database management, SQL (Structure Query Language), Powerscript (Bespoke Programming Language).
