In this role I assist the general public on a daily basis with electric vehicle related queries and general customer service support. I am also responsible for training all new forecourt based starters utilising a training program that I put together myself. My most notable achievement in this role has been launching and running an educational programme for schools and young people that has reached over 2,000 people across 115 sessions so far, and receiving extremely positive feedback.At the start of my employment here I also assisted in the opening of the worlds first electric forecourt, building out plans for daily operation and staff excellence.

I work in the daily front of house operations in a 12 Screen cinema, leading the team every day to provide customer excellence and make sure we are making Cineworld Braintree the best place to watch the film. I also run marketing events and community relations. This involves promoting films through events in our foyer, surprise giveaways in screenings, orchestrating special events to coincide with unlimited screenings and building relationships within the local business community

I ran the events team, co-ordinating various private functions such as birthday parties and corporate meetings, while also hosting large public events to build our presence within the community.
