As a store assistant at Woodie's I communicate with customers on a daily basis; dealing with their questions, queries, and grievances. By ringing customers on the phone as part of the “Click & Collect” system, I have learned to speak in a clear, and friendly manner. After working there for a year, I was selected to be in charge of the Gardening section. I am responsible for deciding how to organize and merchandise the section, and having a high-level of knowledge on the products. I also make sure that the section is kept well-presented on a daily basis. I am also responsible for making sure the stock-levels on the stock-management software system are accurate, and addressing issues if any are present
