Dual role with Head of Ocean Freight Procurement role above. Drove a global programme across all business units to right-size inventory, reporting directly to the Executive Board.Devised an effective approach through: - The identification of the key drivers of inventory. - Working with each Business Unit to establish robust action plans to address each driver. - Initiating a governance process to monitor and drive progress.Programme has delivered significant falls and is primed for ongoing success.
