Executive Principal of two Springfield public schools: Discovery Polytech Early College High School and Impact Prep Middle School. Founding Principal of Discovery Polytech, one of the few true wall-to-wall early college high schools in the country, where students take college classes starting in their freshman year with no school entrance criteria. Our students are on track to earn up to an Associate’s degree by graduation. My work is grounded in a belief that only when we intentionally break racist systems and build them from the ground up, will can then provide our students with an equitable education.
