A fully technical role, as Support Engineer I am required to engage with customers to understand their needs and develop a solution. Ongoing support involves in-depth troubleshooting, communication with the Engineering team on tricky problems, and on-call responses to mission critical systems. Additionally, project work is an important element of the customer's needs; I assist in development and testing of upgrade procedures, and the execution of upgrades that are time-sensitive.

Responsibility of the store's service desk, provision of assistance to customers in-store and on the phone regarding layby, photo centre, returns, complaints and other related queries.
