Lead buyer and merchandiser of the Club Shop at the stadium. Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment while assisting in the devising of marketing schemes like Black Friday week, Christmas and Kit Launches. Adept use of RSS back office to keep the online store fresh and organised. Working closely with suppliers of products from Kit and training wear to souvenirs and photography and maintaining close relationships with them in order to keep the physical store topped up, ever changing and exciting.

I was the Senior Evening Supervisor for the West Quay store from February 2019 until the first Covid-19 Lockdown. I was solely responsible for the running of the store in the evenings and the eventual closing of the store; ensuring tills were cashed, alarms were set and the store was ready for the reopening. During the lockdown, I assisted the online department at St Mary's Stadium, working throughout the lockdown and eventually returning to the West Quay store during the Christmas of 2020. During possibly our busiest ever period, I gained experience managing the store while other managers were forced to isolate. I was, unfortunately, made redundant in February 2021 which is why I'm no longer in my supervisory position, though I do return occasionally on a casual basis.

Delivering high quality customer service; supplying product knowledge to customers in need of nutritional and allergy information; organising and cleaning shop floor in the mornings and evenings; maintaining/cleaning the ice cream machine.

Originally a Christmas temp, I was kept on thereafter due to my constant willingness to work and high quality service. In store, I organised products, cleaned display cases and served customers with product information. Being knowledgeable of the shops stock room also allowed me to assist guests in store quickly and efficiently.
