CurrentCommercial- Secured 5.2 million dollars in commercial leases- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential commercial properties that meet clients needs and investment criteria.- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants, ensuring favorable agreements that align with organizational goals and market standards.- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient leasing transactions.- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract high-quality tenants, utilizing a variety of channels including digital platforms, industry events, and direct outreach.Residential- Manage a portfolio of luxury rental properties- Oversee tenant application processes, including credit and background screenings, lease generation, and deposit collection, ensuring a smooth and efficient leasing experience.- Manage lease renewals and new leases, coordinating with tenants and the executive team to meet future needs and finalize agreements in Yardi Voyager and Yardi Kube.- Lead marketing efforts by pricing units, managing leads, hosting tours, and maintaining updated listings across various platforms to drive tenant engagement.- Maintain detailed leasing reports and financial records, ensuring accurate billing and providing valuable data insights to support strategic decision-making.
