Researcher (research trainee) in the Department of Environment and Geography and Research Associate in the School for Business and Society at the University of York under the Fix Our Food and Meaningful Business Network projects. Freelancing guest lecturer mainly talking in the CSR/ESG-related business management space regarding the emergence of and transformation to socially equitable & environmentally regenerative organising. BSc (Hons) in Business Management (first) and fCMgr awarded by Anglia Ruskin University, having studied at University Centre Peterborough. MSc in Corporate Sustainability and Environmental Management (distinction) awarded by the University of York (conf. Jan 25). I have several years of experience in hospitality & retail having occupied roles from customer service through management providing a portfolio of interpersonal, communication and teamwork competencies. I have spent time as a learning mentor (lecturer) of maths at Peterborough Regional College utilising the opportunity to experience lesson planning, teaching & public speaking and mentoring. I was able to gather experience in project management, designing, carrying out & disseminating primary research to a spectrum of stakeholders as a Projects Officer at RECOUP. My current roles involve my research position at the University of York and more ad-hoc lecturing roles at other institutions around the UK.My research at university has ultimately explored how we might better enable or incentivise businesses to behave in ways that create and support ecosystem restoration, preservation & independent regeneration and societal communities that are equitable and just. My goal is to continue to grow and apply this research so that I might contribute positively to the environment and communities around me and beyond.
