Duties included managing team rosters, scheduling travel for players/league employees, managing player contract statuses, and payment of injury related billings. Directly reduced the costs of medical billings and special event operations. Gained additional experience working with ticket and sponsorship sales. Was a part of a team that significantly increased the accuracy of in-game statistic tracking and recording.

Event coordination responsibilities included field set up, player/team registration, directing parents, players, and officials to the correct locations, ensuring the event proceeded on schedule, sales of merchandise, and post-event clean up. Duties as an office assistant included confirming coaches and officials were at the correct venues, handling phone calls and complaints, organizing the equipment room, and collecting rental equipment from players. Coached players ages 7 to 15 years old.
