I am a service technician as well as an installer for Arizona's, New Mexico's, and California's sewing machine needs! I have 4 years and counting of experience in this department and will always go above and beyond to exceed my client's expectations! I also own and operate a small business on the side called "Declan's Detailing" I have been owning and operating my business for over a year and a half now and I am looking forward to growing it to the next level! I am currently working on obtaining my business management degree from Arizona State University and I am currently attending Chandler-Gilbert Community College on a full scholarship due to my GPA throughout High school.      As a kid throughout my years, I was always the one with the garage and say your bike or scooter broke or got a flat tire I was the one to bring it to as my neighbors and close friend's always knew I could fix it for cheap and get the service done promptly.     Nowadays I am still the one that people will occasionally bring their problems to, when I have a little bit of free time on my hands I will get them all squared away. During working hours of the day I am typically working on sewing machines or installing long arm automated quilting machines, it is safe to say I took what I love doing and that is fixing things and brought it to the next level! With the new development of machines, I am going out to training to learn the new scoop on what makes this machine different and better and in what ways does the service areas change then I will report that to my co-workers (service technicians and salesmen). I am always looking for ways to improve myself as well as building knowledge in different departments.1. Customer service, is very important when shopping or getting a service done as it shows the way the company is built. I make sure every customer is treated the same and leaves full of joy and excitement!2. I have an extremely capable knowledge of everything mechanical where it is sewing machines, bikes, cars, mechanical devices, etc...3. I am the type of person that believes there is no such thing as impossible, when my mind is set to figuring something out it will develop a way to get it done. I am extremely hard working and will not disappoint you in any way, I will outwork anyone and I do not give up!
