Secured over $51M p.a. in new business wins by completely revamping the bids process, redesigning all content from scratch, successfully restoring the business from its dry spell. As knowledgebase builder, my role was 50% devoted to developing new content by interviewing executives and collaborating with SMEs. As a best practice researcher, I joined committees and associations and met with suppliers to revamp and modernise the bids library. As an improvements identifier, I applied my knowledge of writing, photography, graphic design and digital layout.At GJK I was an involved FMA and Green Committee member. I delivered a presentation on effective recycling and restricting energy use at our head office. I raised awareness around bin contamination, and improved energy use through a switch off campaign to improve EE habits and align with the company's vision of becoming a carbon-neutral organisation. Over an 11 month period, I prepared 61 tenders, of which 40 I was the primary author. Tenders would generally range 20-100 pages, short being most effective.
