We work with multinational OEMs targeting connected automotive solutions in regions all over the globe. These are often complex solutions that require an in depth understanding of the local regulations and legal environment and their impact on our technical delivery and the underlying costs that support market entry. This has become an increasingly competitive industry and one where we have to ensure that we deliver a solution which meets the customer’s technical needs but also delivers cost control.My responsibilities include the preparation and delivery of commercial proposals for all new customer opportunities using in depth business casing and financial modelling techniques supported by data analysis. In addition to the tactical opportunities, I also have a leading role in shaping the longer term strategic view of how the business should position itself both in terms of the product we deliver and the pricing that supports the solution, thus ensuring that we are fully prepared for the challenges and opportunities that will become evident over the medium to long term.
