I have over 20 years marketing experience working with some of the biggest international brands in the world. I have worked in Ireland, France, Morocco and Australia helping companies grow their customer base and deliver against revenue targets.Today, I work in the Digital Procurement team for Jaguar Landrover focusing on Cyber Security with responsibility for sourcing vendors with the capabilities to ensure that the JLR driving experience is safe and protected .Previously, I held a position as the Commercial Strategy Manager for Cubic Telecom, developing a comprehensive understanding of the global connected automotive market, carefully monitoring the evolution of the market and identifying opportunities for the business. Within the business, the close relationships I have developed with the various key functions such as Sales, IT, Legal and Finance have enabled me to identify our strengths and weaknesses and pinpoint our unique selling points and how best to leverage those USPs..Prior to Cubic Telecom, I worked as a Product Manager for Vodafone in Ireland and in Australia where I successfully delivered and exceeded revenue targets of $160m AUD per year. This was achieved through a great deal of data analysis and research, understanding the Australian market and identifying gaps in our solution. Armed with that intelligence, I was able to design and launch new products that worked to increase customer satisfaction and drive significant growth in customers and usage.Throughout my career, there are many examples where I have faced significant challenges and exceeded expectations such as moving to Morocco as a graduate for a 12 month placement with a textile business and helping to open up access to a new international market. I also represented Vodafone Australia in front of a Government working group and successfully argued against increased government intervention in the international roaming market on the basis that there already existed sufficient market data to show that the average price of using your mobile device overseas was coming down.I consider myself to be a highly analytical person with a flair for both tactical and strategic problem solving. I also possess a solid 'can do' attitude and a strong appreciation for collective teamwork. My CV shows that I have never been afraid to step out of my comfort zone and take on new challenges which is why I have never viewed change management as a barrier to my personal and career development.
