Driven by a deep commitment to serving others, I have dedicated my career to senior living and healthcare management. From my first job at the front desk of an assisted living community at 16, I knew this was my calling. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across nearly every department—gaining firsthand experience in resident care, dining services, and medication management, while becoming well-versed in state regulations.I’m currently the Associate Executive Director at Watercrest Winter Park, where I lead a dedicated team focused on enhancing the lives of our residents through innovative programming, high-quality service, and compassionate care. I believe that fostering a culture of empathy, purpose, and engagement is essential to both resident satisfaction and operational success. With a bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration and significant progress toward my Master of Health Administration from the University of Central Florida, I’m continually seeking new ways to improve care quality and organizational efficiency.Outside of my professional life, I am deeply involved with the Florida Conference of the United Church of Christ, where I serve on the Board of Directors and focus on communication and media strategies. I’m passionate about building strong communities, both in my work and through my faith, and I look forward to continuing to grow in roles that allow me to serve others.
