My educational background in business administration and microcomputer science and networking have provided me 20 plus years of IT experience from desktop support, to application support, to best in class customer service to supervising union agents. The previous 20 plus years of experience as a firefighter-paramedic have taught me to handle stress and crises. I have made life and death decisions under the worst possible conditions that have mitigated the results of the crisis. I am adept at coaching and mentoring, managing and improving team productivity. While I am proficient at working within the "box" I often prefer to look outside of the "box" to find better resolutions to problem solving. I excel at relationship building, having built good working relationships not only with my teammates but vendors, customers and competitors as well. I have always enjoyed learning and that has made me a quick learner. I bring passion and team building to my teams.
