In my most recent position, I performed various duties as a Senior Quality Management Consultant to assist the Business User Test Team and the Applications IT Test Team in the comprehensive, complete and coordinated end-to-end SDLC test process. I worked together with the program and project management staff, the mid to senior level business stakeholders, the development (Agile and waterfall methodologies) and the test teams both in the US and in India. The project is the largest in the enterprise's history as it is re-engineering the entire core processing from proposal preparation through annual renewal processes. As a Senior Quality Management Consultant, I used best practices in project management and quality assurance to ensure we delivered a flawless product to market on time and under budget against aggressive timelines. This involved directing and managing several IT projects in a highly matrixed environment. I had responsibilities in all phases of the SDLC as it impacted delivering quality to the marketplace for large multi-platform projects and programs for this Fortune 10 company. Prior to that I was a Senior Quality Management Consultant on the team implementing the Affordable Health Care Act program. Performing similar duties as in the position above.I served as a department representatives on the Uniprise Employee Advisory Council. I was selected to participate in the enterprise's Emerging Leader program and I was nominated and accepted a position as an enterprise Cultural Ambassador.I have been in IT since 1980 in the following positions: Programmer, Systems Engineer, Project Leader, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Quality Consultant and Senior Quality Consultant.

The CT-1 DMAT is a rapid-response element of the National Disaster Medical System (NDMS), which is part of the US Department of Health and Human Services. We are trained to deploy to incidents such as: National Security Events (NSE), Natural Disasters, Technological Disasters, Major Transportation Accidents, Acts of Terrorism including Weapons of Mass Destruction Events. Our responsibilities include triaging patients, providing medical care, and preparing patients for evacuation. The training committee, in concert with senior leadership, sets the organization's training goals, formulates the plans needed to reach those goals and manages the execution of those plans throughout the year. The training program runs the gamut from in-service sessions through full length off-site field training exercises.

I was the Project Lead for 1099 and 5498 data collection, participant and governmental reporting for eight years. PHL received IRS recognition as a 'Quality Supplier' for accuracy in filing information returns for each of these tax seasons. I was a lead in the project to merge the tax reporting processes for Phoenix Mutual and Home Life Mutual insurance companies.
