I lead and supervise the Product Management team within the City of Seattle’s Digital Engagement group, overseeing the planning and execution of projects that enhance the City’s digital services. My team collaborates with User Experience and Application Development colleagues to design, develop, and manage a suite of enterprise products, including Seattle.gov, department blogs, newsletters, calendars, and social media platforms.In addition to guiding my team’s initiatives, I coordinate work plan priorities with the Digital Engagement Manager, UX Team Lead, and Development Team Lead to ensure alignment with citywide digital strategies.
