As the Director for Strategic Projects, I handled different projects assigned by the former CEO as a special project (business development, grants, marketing, content development, etc.) I was the product owner for DTAP (Digital Transformation Accelerator Program), a workshop that Geniusto offers yearly to financial institutions. Additionally, I was the co-product owner of a B2B2C platform for banks and financial institutions, taking the lead in business development.

RBRDFI provides training services to rural banks. As the Managing Director, I was tasked to run the Foundation, focusing on improving operational effectiveness and efficiencies, and look at new training programs that can be taken to improve rural banking/finance in the Philippines through key partnerships and the use of current and emerging technologies and new methodologies. I also had the privilege in representing then industry at key conferences, meetings and TWGs (both government-led and private-led). Additionally, I was the project manger for the RBAP e-Shared Services initiative – a cloud-based, fintech project for rural banking by rural bankers.

CRS - LINKS was the regional learning and capacity development arm of CRS. The learning center focused on capacity building for MFIs in Southeast Asia, Northern Africa and Latin America using Learning Organization methodologies. With CRS - LINKS, I had provided ICT and Human Capital Development (HCD) consultancy services to MFIs, focusing on ICT. I was also part of a core team that provided institutional strengthening programs to NGO-MFIs in Southeast Asia, South America and Northern Africa, contributing particularly on how to strengthen and future proof their ICT and information systems, inclusive of designing training programs particular to the two. With CRS - LINKS, I became an accredited Information Systems Consultant with CGAP and was the co-founder of the CRS-LINKS Microfinance Community of Practice, an online forum for MFI practitioners in Southeast Asia.
