Lead Process Qualification and Validation activities.● Supports and improves existing manufacturing flow, systems, create andbuyoff new process procedure.● Provide engineering support to production to sustain and improveproduction yield, quality and process cycle time by reducing wasted time,scrap, rework, etc. Resulting in significant business improvement andsatisfaction.● FMEA and process control development including inspection and fixturedevelopment, machine and media selection and optimization of assetsutilized● To maintain the project status, timeline, Bill of Material (BOM) andEngineering Change (ECN); prepare WI, Control Plan & FMEA, MeasurementSystem Analysis (MSA), APQP, Minitab and Doe.● Quality, utilization & productivity using Six-Sigma or similar applicablemethodology such as Cpk, FMEA and Lean● Lead and drive the team to participate in all continuous improvementprojects related to cost,● Use structured problem solving techniques and lead team problem solvingefforts.● Identify projects, coordinate and evaluate controlled experiments. Knowhow to validate experimental data and make data driven decisions.● Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendor for the flawlessexecution of projects.● Responsible for meeting customer requirements through prompt servicewhile establishing and identifying potential business opportunity● Manage operating cost, identify process improvement opportunities andchampion new initiative for cost reduction and productivity optimization

● Monitoring the SPC system to fix repetitive and recognize problemsimmediately. Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data.● Assists in the coordination of production activities with procurement,maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum productionand utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.● Conduct Internal Safety & Health Audit at the regular times throughout theyears and act as the Lead Auditor for Safety & Health.● Take ownership of assigned devices and manage costs, quality and relatedtechnical aspects. Drive gross margin improvements, cost reductionenhancement projects and quality improvements.● Analyzes work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data such asproduction costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, todetermine efficient utilization of workers and equipment

• Monitoring and control the server to maintaining it is good condition. • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.• Assist the System Administrator with desktop support, troubleshooting desktop hardware/software problems.• Provide support of video conferencing (VC) with other regional office to assure the network and system running in a good condition.
