Dedan is the Founder and Managing Director of IMG Ventures, which operates on the core belief that it takes a community to start, grow and scale a business that can contribute. IMG Ventures mission is to help business partners with access to funding, customers, markets, talent and working spaces. Prior to founding IMG Ventures, Dedan was a CEO for a State Enterprise. Prior to that, he was a Head of Tobago Operations for ExporTT Ltd, an Export Development and Trade Promotions Agency. Prior to that, he was a Senior Business Development Officer at the Business Development Company that funded and supported small and growing businesses. Dedan is also the owner and Managing Director of VDC Ltd, a Food Service Company that he acquired in 2010.In addition to his business efforts, Dedan has been active in several non-profit organisations including being a Vice President of Lambeau Credit union and a co-founder of Associations of Tobago Associations. He also pays it forward by teaching college and university courses in the business field.Dedan attended Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, Trinidad where he pursued an Executive MBA and later a Post-MBA. Before that he attended the University of New Brunswick, Canada where he pursued a BBA Degree in Marketing & International Business with a minor in Finance and later a Diploma in Technology Management & Entrepreneurship.
