1. Guiding subcontractor to prepare document & drawing design to optimize drilling facility (rig foundation, disposal pit, warehouse, well pad pavement) Water Pump Station & water intake, Drilling Water Pipeline, Mud & Drill Cutting Handling, Well testing Facility (separator-silencer foundation, brine pump pad, brine pipe line 10”) and all other drilling facility infrastructure.2. Supervise and monitor of sub-contractor’s work on site in term of quality, cost and time with regard to environment, healthy and safety.3. Check the construction works with his detailed design works, and do a revised technical drawing and specification in case adjustment is needed.4. Coordinate technical meeting with sub-contractors during construction period and prepare weekly and monthly progress report of the construction works5. Assists the Project Management for disbursing the payment and collect, process and maintain records of all disbursement documents.6. Support drilling activity and make sure if their is any problems of drilling facility infrastructure during rig operation and do a corrective action to solve the problem.7. Support rig moving activity from cluster to cluster.

1.Assist and facilitate 3rd party design consultant’s survey and geotech field work, to ensure completion of work on time, in accordance with contract agreement, and within budget.2.Coordinate with CSR site staff to resolve any community issues resulting from survey and geotech field work.3.Assist Civil Construction Manager with measurement and verification of payment claims for survey and geotech field work.4.Assist Civil Construction Manager with review of consultant’s to ensure designs fully allow for site conditions and company’s requirements, and are cost efficient and practical.5.Monitor and supervise civil contractor’s day-to-day performance to ensure efficient completion of the work on time, as per specifications and drawings, and within budget.6.Coordinate with CSR site staff to resolve any community issues resulting from civil construction activities.7.Assist Civil Construction Manager with measurement and verification of payment claims received from civil contractor.8.Witness and verify, site and off-site, material test, inspect and report on off-site fabrication processes and procedures, to ensure compliance with specification.9.Review designs and construction methods, and advise Civil Construction Manager regarding possible improvements leading to cost/time savings in construction work.10.Provide advice to CSR site staff including designs, construction details and cost estimates for CSR project.11.Coordinate with HSE to ensure that 3rd party consultants and contractors fully comply with PT SMGP’s HSE policies and procedures – including the right to “stop the job” in situation where he considers it to be necessary.
