JOB Desc. - Lead the Surabaya Branch to achieve Sales Target & Collection Target- Expand Market Share with adding New Dealers- Managung all branch actuvities- Lead Team of Sales,admin, Service, Marketing & Promotors.- Increases Selling Out in all dealers.- Responsible for Service Income at Surabaya Branch & Petty Cash.- Making & managing budget of petty cash

Responsibility :- Leads Team of Route Sales/ Retail and Wholesale to sell and increase Sales Result.- Increases Bussiness Growth with increases Dealers and Sub Dealer Daikin AC- Responsible to solve All AR Problem based on Target- To make Sales Report, PSI Report (Prodcution, Sales, Inventory), Sales Plan Report

Responsibility :- Responsible Operational , Sales, PPIC, Production, Distribution in All Counters &Unit Production in All East Java.- Responsible for Controlling Production Cost, Distribution and Sales- Increases Bussiness Growth with Additional Counter and Outlet.

Leading the branch to achieve KPI & lead Head of Administration, Head of Warehouse ,Head of Service & Sales Supervisor.
