I am responsible for the successful onboarding of all New Branches, Satellites and Desk Rentals for Summit Funding, Inc. on a national level. I am also responsible for the off boarding of existing Branches, Satellites and Desk Rentals; and assist with major Branch moves when requested and time permits. This role provides me the opportunity to offer the skills and knowledge I have gained in my 30+ years experience in Mortgage Lending/Banking Business. It is also my priority to build the best On Boarding Program for Summit Funding, Inc. as a tool for the successful Recruiting.On a daily basis I utilize skills, knowledge and expertise in: Project Management,Time Management,Change Management,Construction Management,Interior Design,Technology & Technology Rollouts, Branch Management, Training & Development Mentoring and Performance Coaching, Compliance and Auditing, Disaster Assistance. I pride myself in staying within budget and on time for a seamless transition for the new EE coming in from prior company to Summit Funding, Inc. The same applies for relocating existing branches from prior office space to new location.It is my goal to provide 100% + in Customer Service and Satisfaction for my Clients, whether a new or existing Branch.

I have sat on the advisory board since Lender Services Network, Inc.'s inception, November 2006 to present, providing risk management analysis, business consulting and training and development.

As a Territory Instruction, I was responsible for the training of our Management Staff & Sales Force in Northern California. Also assisted the Territory Sales Manger with the day to day operations of the territory, providing performance coaching, personnel counseling, risk management & compliance for Agents with the Department of Insurance for the State of California. In my role as a National Senior Performance Technologist, I ensured that the National Retail Sales Production Team, was educated on, and met all Local, State and Federal Compliance Requirements, Banking Regulations & Policies and Investor Guidelines. My role expanded to encompass Risk Management, Acquisitions, Change Management, and reviewing of products for the Retail Lending Department in the Banking Division prior to roll out. My background in Loan Servicing allowed me to work on special projects, i.e. OTS, FHLMC & FNMA audits, Acquisitions, Sale of Non Performing Loans, and Secondary Market Loan sales. The training and development aspect of my role included: performance coaching and mentoring, change management, various loan products and sales skills; established and fostered professional working relationships with management, sales and office staff by proactively accessing and defining,individual branch needs; researched, developed, piloted and implemented training materials for the National Retail Sales Production Training Department.
