-Strategic and Annual Plan Completion; including restaurant level sales, margin, and earnings forecasting annually and monthly based on analysis of past performance, company strategies, and initiatives-Financial Reporting Monthly, Quarterly, and annually for all entities in compliance with GAAP-Company-wide department planning, spend forecasting, and capital expense budgeting-Cash forecasting monthly and annually-Debt covenant calculation and certifications-Management of accounting and finance/treasury departments including 8 full time employees-Internal and external audit planning and supervision-Tax planning and return oversight for all Joint Venture and Company returns for 100+ returns as well as holding entity returns-Franchise location support, royalty compliance auditing, and partner correspondence-Financial leadership to private equity investors, Board of Directors, and other parties-Extensive knowledge of Microsoft GP Accounting software, Quickbooks Pro and Online versions, Management Reporter (building, implementing, and utilizing reports), FRX reporting software (building, implementing, and utilizing reports), Adobe products, and all Microsoft Suite products
