Primary Responsibilities: To plan, monitor, and coordinate financial operations to ensure the smooth running of the company.Detailed Responsibilities:1. Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop at least a 2-week cash flow forecast.2. Daily Fund Availability: Ensure sufficient daily funds for payments.3. Coordination: Coordinate with relevant parties in case of fund shortages.4. Debt Monitoring: Monitor the status of accounts receivable and payable weekly.5. Reporting: Report unresolved issues to the CEO.6. Team Leadership: Provide training and guidance to the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.7. Accounts Payable Management: o Verified and approved daily and weekly bank transfer payment requests.o Verified and approved purchase invoices that deviate from system standards.o Conduct daily bank reconciliations to ensure payment plans align with bank statements.o Verified and approved bank payment entries in the system.o Monitor overdue debts not included in the payment plan due to issues.o Coordinate with relevant parties if payments need to be deferred.8. Accounts Receivable Management: o Verified and approved the processing of claims for realized promo on invoices through the system.o Verified and approved requests for store discounts, promotional expenses, and free goods for promotions that can be billed/claimed to principals.o Verified and approved claim billing documents to principals and ensure all costs incurred for principals (promo on invoice, store discounts, and sales subsidies) are billed/claimed.o Verified and approved bank receipt entries for principal claim payments.o Monitor accounts receivable claims.o Coordinate to ensure timely payment of overdue claims.

Reponsibilities-Supervised a team of 2 admins to deliver monthly bill of claims to more than 40 principals/suppliers-Communicated and Coordinated with all stakeholders who have issues about principal promotion andclaims-Reported and monitored aging of account receivable of claim to all stakeholders Impact-No late claimed-Over due Account Receivable of Claim is less than 4 principals/suppliers

Reponsibilities-Supervised a team of 2 staff acountant to verify daily transactions-Reconciled all general ledger to make sure all posts are right-Reported and Analyzed financial statements to all stakeholders-Made yearly plan of Budgeting and Forecasting Impact-Made financial report before date of 10
