I am passionate about health care and specifically patient and provider education. I have recently become a TB basic class instructor and started my own business providing TB education and BLS, CPR, AED and Heart Saver classes to my customers. I call it Mobile Health Skills and we bring the classes to you. I am excited about furthering my education and am currently working on my Masters in the Science of Nursing Education at the moment. Most of the work I do now involves traveling to different locations and providing either education or care to clients and students. I am been in the field of critical care nursing for the last twelve years with my primary emphasis on trauma and cardiovascular critical care. I have been an RN since 1999 and have loved every minute of it. I have been to almost every hospital in central Indiana since starting my career and have learned so much on that journey. I am interested in taking my journey into dialysis and am currently seeking employment in that area so that I can learn that specialty. I have 6 parrots and 1 son and have been married for 15 years. I love teaching and organizing and I really love the opportunities that being nurse opens up.
