• Assignment: Monitor, plan, & Schedule the Installation of 20” Onshore & Offshore transfer line & Unloading line of pipeline, Boiler packages, 2-unit 1,000,000-barrel crude oil tanks, 6-unit non-crude oil tanks, Telecommunication packages, fire protection packages, RWTP, WWTP, Subsea pipeline, Single point mooring & HVAC.• Develop & Monitoring Preparation of 14 Km of 20” offshore pipeline installation.• Create Cost & Resource Loaded scheduling, gather data, validate, & incorporate it into the project schedule, analyze schedule impacts & recommend corrective action to be taken to mitigate/avoid cost & schedule overruns.• Oversaw performing tasks related to the collection & evaluation of data required to create / monitor CPM project schedules. Apply the principles & techniques of scheduling & resource monitoring to specific project assignments. Work with the project team to demonstrate & achieve project goals. Endeavor to learn the duties of that position.• Main responsibility: Develop, draft, & computerize construction schedules for assigned area of work with team involvement.• Calculate/prepare various comparison reports, charts, & tables for project analysis. • Create Mini-Schedules, Look-Ahead Schedules, & Trend Analysis Schedules as needed.• Perform additional assignments per supervisor's and/or project management's direction.• Produce monthly schedule narrative explaining current condition of project, added or deleted schedule tasks, including challenges related to RFI’s, CO’s & schedule impacts.
