At Bean, the data we work with, together with a strong technical focus and in-depth knowledge of business needs, products, and geographies in Africa, means we can offer far deeper insight into the effects of market behavior on health systems. While new analytics techniques help us gain critical insights much quicker, and action them much more efficiently.My vision? In this dual role, I am responsible for designing tailored employee benefits packages and solutions, managing costs and risks, and advising multinational clients across 54 African countries. I lead major multi-country consulting projects.Besides, I manage the operations process for eight consultants in the Pan Africa team, embrace design, consulting planning, control, performance improvement, operations strategy, and reporting directly to Africa CEO.

In this role, I was responsible for liaising with broker companies to offer clients the best deal for general and health insurance cover, building and maintaining business relationships with brokers, discussing and assessing clients’ current and future Insurance needs to help clients to reduce total cost of risk and provide enhanced benefits.
