From the day that I first got my TRS-80, I knew that I wanted to work with computers. What I wanted to do with computers, I wouldn't necessarily figure that out until I started my first position in dental software sales with a company called Professional Software Solutions in 1998. Fast forward to now, having 22 years of experience in the information technology space, I look back with great pride with all of my accomplishments. Working in the SMB markets allow me the opportunity to use all of my training and certifications (HPE, Vmware, Microsoft, Watchguard, etc.) achieved to help my customers become more efficient in their businesses. Also, by implementing, RTC's Managed Services to our clients, we are allowing them to focus on THEIR business instead of the technology their business relies on.

Making the transition from Jade to CNC was one move I will never forget. I learned so much about the SLED markets and the NY and NJ State Computer contracts. So much work and time had to go into bidding for these contracts and maintaining them. Mike Hepp was one of the best employers to work for to date. Mike very much cared about each employee that worked for him and it showed. He had engineers and sales reps that had worked for him for years. Sadly, the company was purchased by Infosoft in 2006 and started to focus on a different market (software development). I decided to leave the company and start consulting for the best company in the NY metro area, Real Time Consultants, Inc.

While at Jade, I was able to continue working with the client base that I built relationships while I was working at ALOS. I also continued earning more certifications from Microsoft, Cisco Systems, Novell, etc.

This company skyrocketed me into the technology sales space. I earned many technology certifications and even to this day, still working with some of the customers that I started consulting with while working with ALOS in Montgomery, NY. The organization was purchased by Jade Corporation back in 2002.
