Project: Cyber 2020 - Confidential Information Reduction ♦ Implemented Symantec DLP Network Discover to scan 300TB of data for confidential information (“CI”) lying in unstructured repositories within Deloitte U.S member firms♦ Quarantined 25TB of files with data content older than or last modified before 7 years using Symantec DLP policies♦ Quarantined 40TB of file with “PII” data content (containing Credit Card & Social Security Number only) using policies♦Developed restoration and quarantined process metrics for Confidential Information Reduction♦Developed and drafted scanning results summary for the CISO and Senior Management to showcase reduction of CI content.
