General:Review and supervise the preparation of financial reports and briefings. This area includes balance statements, and any legislative requirements such as reporting and disclosuresSupervising the research, preparation and submission of budgets prepared by Budget Control/Finance Manager. This includes the monitoring and controlling the processEnsure that all financial matters are in accordance with legislation and ethical accounting practicesResponsible for managing any company investments as outlined in the Shareholders' Meetings (RUPS). Assist the board in sourcing prospects for future income by analyzing financial trends and any gaps in the market or potential opportunities.Participate in financial, human resources and strategic planning.
