WAREHOUSING AND GODOWN• Manage various aspects of warehousing and materials management, including fulfillment, transactional quality, inventory accuracy, management of offsite storage, productivity and freight forwarding.• Manage Warehouse/Logistics activities from order process to material arrival in order to provide support for company in term of deliver a good practice to the Supply Chain Management process which conform to business ethics and company procedure.• Manage the Warehouse/Logistics activities to provide support for the company in order to meet production schedules.• Performing inventory Audits of company assets and supervising inventory at Warehouses• Maintain the organization’s environmental, health and safety, recycling and sustainability efforts and quality assurance policies and standards, as well as all governing legislative requirements• Coordination of transport demand to deliver materials to job site.• Coordination of daily material issues, shortage, wrong picked Responsible for the accuracy of data and reports relating to activity data materials • Manage Dispatch and Shipping of materials and equipment to/from required destinations.INVENTORY MATERIAL/ ASSET• Responsible Inventory Material Closed Out Project.• Coordinate and interface directly with client and their consultant (Tripatra-Fluor/ Rekind WorleyParsons) in conducting and control Quantity Material of project construction.• Coordinate with Construction Teams and Project Control Teams to Clarify Bill of Quantity and Scope of Works generally.• Conduct Final Joint Survey to quantifying Project Progress Completion with client’s consultant Quantity Surveyor (Tripatra Fluor/ Rekind WorleyParsons) and Prepare Final Material Quantity/ Installed to be approved by CPI Construction Representatives.• Maintain data of All Material (Soft&Hard File) for Documentation.• Submit a final inventory of all equipment/ Material Installed (whether bought or Transfer From Other Project).
