I am responsible for managing and setting up software development teams in the area of embedded and object oriented programming for various OEMs and Tier1 suppliers from across Europe.The software teams sum up over 100 colleagues and 9 team leads.

I have worked for almost 5 years in a very challenging and dynamic environment that was responsible for the powertrain ECU of the first electric and Hybrid vechicles from BMW, I3 and I8. Here I have improved my communication skills, language skills and developed the following engineering areas: - programming languages: embedded C, Python, Perl, Makefiles, C#, C++, Java, PHP, Javascript - processes: V model, Agile development(SCRUM) - standards and protocols: CAN, XCP, Flexray, LIN, UDS, OBD, ISO26262, AUTOSAR classic - tools: Lauterbach Trace32(Aurix), INCA, Canoe, JIRA, EDIABAS, - experience in working directly for one of the biggest OEM's in the world.

I have worked for two years in a very dynamic and creative team that was responsible for the powertrain ECU(electric motor control, DC DC converters, high power inverters, rotational sensors, etc.). Here I have learned the basic skills every embedded software developer needs to know regarding: - programming languages: embedded C - processes: V model - standards and protocols: CAN, CCP - tools: Lauterbach Trace32, INCA, PTC, Tessy, Canoe, - technologies and concepts that are used on a daily basis for creating the future hybrid and electric vehicles.
