CurrentPurpose: This experience is part of an ongoing journey to:• Strengthen my connection and presence in the Denver social impact community through networking and local community engagement. • Gain deeper knowledge and expertise in the social mission and impact sector through engaging educational offerings on topics ranging from executive leadership and operations to fundraising and board governance.• Continuously develop my leadership skills through ongoing project engagement, fostering effective communication and collaboration within diverse teams.• Expand my philanthropic expertise by directly participating in impactful projects, and actively contributing to expanding social impact in Denver.Experience: •Actively engaged in SVP Denver's Partner network, contributing to advancing local social impact organizations,•Honed strong networking and community engagement abilities, and learned skills in workshop facilitation.•Gained valuable insights into identifying impactful opportunities and leveraging resources to drive positive change.Theory of Change (ToC) Training Cohort | SVP Coach | 80+ hours of pro bono coaching leveraging professional expertise in public health, non-profit administration, and social services to support non-profit organizations through an 8-week "Create Your Theory of Change" cohort, empowering them to develop a clear roadmap for achieving their social impact goals.Provided 80+ hours of pro bono organizational coaching to nonprofits and social enterprises.• Summer 2023• Spring 2024Impact Showcase | Community Review Committee Member | 20+ hours in collective impact funding reviews to allocate grant funds to small social impact organizations. Evaluated 65 applications and participated in the selection of the final 2 recipients for unrestricted grants of up to $10,000 each, supporting their efforts to create a thriving Metro Denver community.• Fall 2023• Spring 2024
