Starting out as a Software Quality Assurance Tester, my fellow workers quickly learned I loved “paperwork” and organizing which none of them cared for. This led to my transitioning to administrative lead of a software integration team that provided deployment packages to a 2200+ store customer.My primary work was keeping things on schedule brought about by, on my part, ensuring the latest code was being integrated, validating of the final product, producing documentation and handling all admin aspects including time tracking and meetings. Additionally I worked with other customers providing support- QA admin support, status of projects, time tracking, conducting / recording meetings and anything else they needed as well as handling time tracking and meetings for the Project Manager's other projects.For 16 months, I also worked simultaneously in the capacity of Office Manager keeping the office running smoothly to allow my co-workers the ability to concentrate on their work.

With a company buy-out, I continued my previous work of Purchasing Agent for 22 months while working in Project Administration. As Project Administrator, I tracked software and hardware projects from sales to customer acceptance for both single sales and roll-outs. This included tracking multiple projects in various stages and interfacing with multiple departments- sales, purchasing, programmers/staging, project management and shipping/warehouse.

Using my strong organizational skills and attention to detail capabilities, I handled the daily inventory transactions and hardware sales orders for 13 locations of a POS hardware and service company. This allowed me to use many aspects of accounting (A/R, A/P, JEs, purchasing, account reconciliation). My research abilities resulted in revenue recovery of our largest asset- our inventory- as I discovered missed billings and lost inventory. I also became experienced in the world of shipping and receiving.During part of this time, I also handled invoicing for the service and parts departments as well as administratively assisting the manager of these departments.
