Dee Ann Remo founded Heritage Wealth Advisors in 2005. Through her previous work as a tax and wealth management partner at KPMG, Dee Ann developed a passion for helping clients work through complex financial, estate, and tax planning strategies. She had a vision of creating a firm that delivered comprehensive financial solutions to clients in an innovative and collaborative way.Dee Ann’s career has revolved around providing wealth management services to corporate executives, professionals, business owners, and other high net worth individuals by presenting clients with unique possibilities that provide benefits across generations.Over her career, Dee Ann has been honored to be a member of the board of many important organizations in the Richmond community and beyond. Her board service has included The Community Foundation serving Central Virginia, Richmond Memorial Health Foundation, Richmond Sports Backers, The Visual Arts Center of Richmond, Richmond SPCA, and West Virginia University Foundation.Her current professional organizations include the Institute for Certified Financial Planners and the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member and former president of the Richmond Estate Planning Council. Dee Ann earned her Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude from West Virginia University. She is a Certified Public Accountant, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CFP® and Personal Financial Specialist.
