As Director PMO, I lead a team of project managers and Quality Assurance testers provide expertise in their fields for exceptional project delivery. PMO sets and governs project methodology including working with senior executives to prioritize top corporate projects. My new role is also responsible for building relationships and IT strategy for the Mortgage line of business and the technology organization. My team supports timely effective, efficient delivery of IT production functions, support, project execution and technical leadership to enable the lines of business to meet corporate strategic objectives. Provides management and technology guidance, project management oversight, and various reports to all levels of management. There is fiscal responsibility as well as this role prepares annual operating budget including resource planning, project financial analysis and financial tracking.

Responsible for the applications development and maintenance teams supporting Dollar Thrifty. This role also has full responsibility for the P&L of the Applications area and reports to the Account Executive.
