I have been in the health and wellness field for over 30 years. I have lived and taught in almost every major city in the US, and have led university wellness programs, managed health clubs, owned and operated my own yoga studio, taught online classes, workshops and retreats, and worked as the sport and fitness consultant to the National office of the Girl Scouts. I hold a masters in sport psychology and several certifications including my 500 RYT in yoga. I blog on yoga and mental health in my Monday Mantra newsletter. I continue to teach, consult and coach in San Diego. My diverse experience and education have led me to approach health and wellness with a holistic lens. I offer nutritional support, yoga and yoga philosophy, sport psychology and personal training. My mission in life, since my early years as a military brat, has been to create a supportive community. I encourage my clients and students to come exactly as they are. In my fitness classes, in my yoga practice, in my health coaching practice, I want everyone to feel supported and connected because I believe people need people, most of all.
