This committee was charged with approving loans larger than $4 million but less than $12 million.• I led the Bank’s total net organic C&I loan portfolio growth to more than $1 billion in less than eight years.• Establishment of a new small balance loan portfolio saving annual salary / bonus / stock and labor• I played a key role in leading the bank to be named Arizona’s ‘SBA Lender of the Year’.

During my time with National Bank of Arizona, I oversaw the full range of managerial duties for an 8-member East Valley Business Banking / Commercial and SBA Lending team which included loan production and policy compliance, collections, and credit analysis functions and the East Valley branch retail sales team.
