I had oversight for 121 facilities in nine (9) states. I worked with operations to ensure regulatory compliance. I worked with state and local regulatory agencies to correct any deficient areas. I worked with state and local regulatory agencies to improve the quality of program and service provided, by meeting state specific criteria to be admitted into QRIS programs.I also lead most troubleshooting and crisis management efforts in all areas of operations.

I was responsible for all aspects of operations including, Budgeting, Profit/Loss Analysis, Troubleshooting, Team Building, Senior Field Management's Training and Development, Strategic Planning. I also worked closely with Risk Management, Legal and Human Resources to improve policies and procedures, staff training procedures and a quality improvement program.
